Being a Committee Leader is definitely something to be proud of. It also comes with its share of challenges. Not do you have to guide the team. You also have to convince your fellow members to actively participate and help them grow both personally and professionally.
On top of that, we have the added complexity of ensuring that the internet connection, routers, and ethernet setups are working smoothly.
In this recent year of 2023, the department has updated the lab with new 16 computers. We've to be careful with all those devices.
ICT Committee, DOE introduced an E-Muster to take a record of the use of PCs and Laptops. In this workshop, Ghanshyam dealt with a practical demonstration of how to fill up this form and how we collect data in Google Sheet to make yearly report.

After the workshop ended the ICT committee took an approach by creating a feedback questionnaire. This form was created with the intention of gathering valuable insights from the attendees, enabling them to share their experiences, suggestions, and reflections. The purpose was to create a space where participants could provide their thoughts, thereby contributing to the enhancement of future workshops.
For those who actively engaged in the workshop for the entire duration of two days, a specially designed "E-Certificate" was created to recognize their dedication and participation. Upon submitting the feedback form, these certificates were promptly delivered to their respective email addresses, providing a seamless and efficient process for acknowledging their commitment.
- This Certificate was generated by Ghanshyam Katariya, designed by Rajeshvari Rana, and guided by Dr. Dilip Barad sir.

I express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Barad Sir for his consistent backing and motivation in favor of this innovative approach to learning.
Although the role may seem new and intimidating the experience we've gained from workshops has been incredibly valuable. These workshops have given us insights, on how to improve our teaching techniques while also enhancing our learning abilities. This combination has really elevated our learning journey. Made it truly fulfilling and rewarding.
